Where is my order?
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on the way.
Orders are despatched within three working days subject to availability. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery following receipt of despatch notification.

How will I know my order has been dispatched
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way. We may deliver items separately if one or more of the item you requested is out of stock.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been successfully placed, there is a short window in which you are able to cancel or amend your order. This is because Into The Horse's Eye will start preparing orders without delay. In the event that you wish to cancel the order, please email info@intothehorseseye.com (info@intothehorseseye.com)
The item I ordered is out of stock, when will it be available?
Into The Horse's Eye sometimes has limited stock supply. This means that occasionally products may be out of stock but not for long. We’ll always do our best to bring the item back to stock as soon as possible. If you are interested in a particular product please email info@intothehorseseye.com (info@intothehorseseye.com)to request a product, or an alert for when it comes back into stock
